Terms of Service
QC Concrete Tracker is provided as hosted workflow software for concrete quality control, project documentation, and turnover coordination.
License and Access
Customers receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the hosted service for internal project use. No source code rights are granted.
Product Ownership
The software, source code, workflows, screens, report templates, documentation, product name, and product materials remain the provider's protected product materials. Customers retain responsibility for their uploaded operational project records.
No Copying or Reverse Engineering
Users may not copy, scrape, reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or create derivative software from the service, workflows, screens, database structure, or documentation except as expressly permitted in a signed agreement.
Customer Data
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded project records. Production files and project records remain customer operational data, while the software, templates, workflows, and product design remain protected product materials.
Demo and Pilot Use
Demo access is for evaluation only. Demo data should be fake or approved sample data. Evaluation access may be suspended if used to copy, benchmark for cloning, or extract protected product materials.
Warranty Limits
The service is provided without a guarantee that it will replace professional engineering judgment, contract requirements, or required quality-control review.
